By placing an order with The Poison Path, you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page.
RETURNS
As all of our items are custom made, we are unable to accept requests for returns. All sales are final, unless otherwise noted.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please feel free to reach out to us through our contact form, and we will do our best to make it right.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday), with the exception of pre-orders, or if otherwise noted.
Please be aware that if your order includes an item for pre-order, the entire order (including any currently in-stock items) will ship once the pre-order is available. If you would like any available items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, The Poison Path is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur. Customs fees are not included in our pricing or shipping fees, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer based on your country's rules and rates.
The Poison Path does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Standard (International) and any damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier service.

Are your products made in the USA?
Yes! All of our products are made in Chicago, IL, and may of our herbs and flowers come directly from our garden.
What type of wax do you use for your candles?
The Poison Path uses clean-burning, vegan soy wax made in the USA. Our wax is skin-safe, cruelty-free, biodegradable, and contains no harmful toxins, phthalates, mutagens, or carcinogens.
Where do you get your fragrances, essential oils, waxes, vessels, etc.?
We consider this proprietary information, but The Poison Path is committed to using high-quality ingredients that are skin safe, cruelty-free, non-toxic, sustainable, and ethically sourced.
Our vegan soy wax is skin-safe, cruelty-free, biodegradable, and contains no harmful toxins, phthalates, mutagens, or carcinogens. All of our fragrances are vegan, allergen-free, cruelty-free, and contain no harmful toxins, phthalates, mutagens, parabens or carcinogens. Our wicks are biodegradable and sustainably manufactured in the USA, and all of our vessels are recyclable and intended to be reused or repurposed.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?

What payment methods do you accept?
The Poison Path accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal, Shop Pay, and AfterPay.
Can I change or cancel and order I've placed?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of order being placed. To do so, please reach out as soon as possible via our contact form.
Is there a physical location I can visit?
If you're in Chicago, you can find some of our products at Sideshow Gallery in Logan Square! Stay tuned for more locations to come!

What are your shipping rates?
Domestic orders (within the US) are a flat rate of $5 and shipped via USPS. Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping.
International orders (we currently only ship to Canada) under $75 ship for $15 USD. Orders over $75 ship for a discounted rate of $10 USD. Please note this amount does not include customs fees / taxes. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees incurred .
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to Canada. We are working on expanding to other countries!
If you are not in the US or Canada, but would like to place an order, we are happy to work with you to make a custom order. Please reach out via the contact form and we'll be in touch!
Can I combine orders that haven't shipped yet?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the initial order! Please reach out via our make contact page with your request and both order numbers.
Can my package be directed to another address?
We can change the address on your order if you reach out to us with the order number within 24 hours.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. We recommend supplying a shipping address where you will be available to receive the package directly or it can be safely delivered unattended.
If you wish to redirect your package, please contact the carrier directly after your order has shipped.
Can you change the value of the package on my customs form?
Customs fees are not included in our pricing or shipping fees, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer based off of your country's rules and rates. We are unable to change information on customs documents.
When will my order ship?

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders are fulfilled via USPS, which takes typically 2-5 business days to arrive.
Orders shipping to Canada typically arrive within 3-5 days, but may take up to two weeks to arrive, depending on customs or delivery services.
Please note that the above timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Given ongoing driver shortages and shipping delays, we ask that you be patient.
My tracking says my package was delivered but I haven’t received it?
Occasionally, USPS and UPS mark an order as delivered too early, and will deliver the package within the next few days. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by the carrier.
For domestic orders, if the package still hasn't arrived within 3 days of being marked delivered, we suggest contacting or visiting your local post office (in-person is usually better), speaking with your mail carrier. or filling out a Missing Mail Search Request through USPS.
For international orders, if the package still hasn't arrived within 3 days of being marked as delivered, we suggest contacting UPS to file a claim.
What should I do if my package is missing or stolen?
For domestic orders, if a package has been lost by USPS or stolen, please contact us via our contact form and we will follow-up with the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. Please note, we cannot refund products or shipping, but all orders are insured through USPS Priority Mail.
Buyers within the US can file a claim directly with USPS or we can work with you to submit a claim and process a replacement.
For international orders, if the package still hasn't arrived within 3 days of being marked as delivered, we suggest contacting UPS to file a claim.
What should I do if an item in my package is damaged during shipping?
If a package arrives damaged or contains items damaged during shipping, please reach us via our contact form and we will follow-up with the necessary information for you to file a claim with the carrier service. Please note, we cannot refund products or shipping, but all orders are insured through USPS or UPS and we are happy to help facilitate a claim.
Buyers within the US can file a claim directly with USPS.
International buyers can file a claim directly with UPS.
If your order is damaged and you would like a replacement, you will need to provide photos of any damage to the items and/or box for us to file a claim and issue a replacement. So, please make sure to take pictures!
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we do sell gift cards! Please note that we do not sell physical gift cards, but rather eGift cards that can be redeemed via a digital code.
What is your gift card policy?
Purchase of a Poison Path eGift card constitutes acceptance of these terms: This card may be applied toward any purchase made at The Poison Path. eGift cards cannot be returned or canceled after purchase, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Poison Path eGift cards do not expire or decrease in value if unused. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The Poison Path reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of this gift card policy.

The Poison Path and Fish+Archer, LLC accept no responsibility or liability for the effectiveness of our products sold or any damage that may occur due to misuse of any of our products. Products sold by The Poison Path are conjured up to enhance the user’s own energy and intentions. Therefore, purchase of any item from The Poison Path does not constitute a promise, warranty, or guarantee regarding the results one may experience using any specific product. Though our products are crafted and sold in good hopes, outcomes and results do and will vary based on the user and intent.
Our items are handcrafted using only the highest quality ingredients and supplies. Each item one of a kind and custom made. As a result, all candles, bath products, jewelry, etc. we sell may have minor imperfections and vary somewhat in appearance. This does not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
By law we must state that products on this website are sold as metaphysical curio items for entertainment purposes. The purchaser assumes all risk and liabilities in the use or misuse of these products. Always use caution when using candles, essential oils, etc. The items sold on this site are not intended to serve as a replacement for medical advice from a licensed professional or to treat or cure any health issues.
